Twin Oaks provides a quiet retreat for those who want to unwind and disconnect from the busyness of day to day living.
Completed in 2008, the cabin offers a comfortable environment where rustic furnishings and modern amenities create a unique,
homelike atmosphere. 21 feet of windows at the front of the cabin flood the kitchen and living area with brilliant natural
light and provide a beautiful view of the wooded surroundings. At night, enjoy the towering outlines of the trees and moonlight
through the same windows. The downstairs has an open feel with the kitchen, dining, and living areas all connected. Family
and friends can interact and enjoy each other’s company here, while the loft and bedrooms provide more private, personal space.
The cabin’s setting affords an attractive contrast of manicured gardens with wooded areas. The side yard is finished with blooming annuals, perennials, and burning bushes, while the front yard retains its natural beauty. A stone path, rock border, and cedar fence, all created by the owner himself with resources gathered from the area, complete the setting.
Twin Oaks is owned and rented by Mike Hobus a family oriented man from the greater Springfield area. The house was newly completed and is constantly being improved upon to enhance the experiences of his renters and himself. Tribute falls is a newly developed subdivision so renters will not be crowded by the multitude of lake traffic that is usually present in other areas of Table Rock Lake.
Don’t Forget Matt’s Cabin is located a stone throw away from Twin Oaks, so feel free to invite a friendly family to join you on your retreat. The Pavilion of the subdivision is just down the road and is accessible to both cabin renters. Also just down the road is the Big M Marina where one can rent a boat, eat at a unique floating restaurant, or just grab some ice cream after a hot day on the lake.
